What data we process
- Account: e-mail address, name, time zone, language and interface preferences – to sign you in and run the service (performance of contract).
- Google sign-in: we receive your e-mail and name from Google; we never see your password or other Google account data.
- Service usage: simulation parameters, saved configurations, credit balance and spending – so the service works and purchases can be accounted for.
- Payments: purchases are processed by Polar as merchant of record – Polar is an independent controller of payment data (card, billing address). We never see or store card details. Polar‘s policy: polar.sh/legal/privacy-policy.
Cookies and local storage
To run the service we use technically necessary items: a language-choice cookie and browser local storage for the session and interface layout. There are no advertising cookies.
Visit statistics (Google Analytics)
To understand how the site is used we run Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), and only with your consent – analytics starts only after you accept it in the banner, and you can change your mind by clearing the site’s data in your browser. GA sets its own cookies and collects visit data (pages viewed, approximate city-level location, device and browser type); IP addresses are not stored. We do not link this data to your account. Google’s policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can block the tracking with a content blocker or Google’s opt-out add-on.
Retention and sharing
We keep your data while your account exists; accounting records of purchases are kept as long as tax law requires. We do not sell or share data, except with processors necessary to run the service (hosting, Polar for billing) and where required by law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. Send requests to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
