Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Airsoft Labs website and application (the “service”).

Who is behind the service

The service is provided by:

FISVER, obrt za računalne usluge, vl. Arsen Torbarina (FISVER, sole trader for computer services, owner Arsen Torbarina) Ulica Božidara Magovca 107, 10010 Zagreb, Croatia Personal ID (OIB): 38588828965 · Trade registry no.: 99163543 Contact: [email protected]

What the service is

Airsoft Labs is a mathematical-physics simulator of airsoft AEG replicas. From the parameters you enter it computes an estimate of muzzle energy, velocity, spin and BB trajectory. Results are informative estimates produced by a physics model – they are not a measurement and we do not guarantee your real replica will behave identically.

User account

Using the simulator requires signing in (Google account or e-mail). You are responsible for activity under your account. One session is active per user – a new sign-in logs out the previous one.

Credits

Simulations are paid with credits. Credits:

Purchases are processed by Polar as merchant of record – Polar is the seller in the transaction and issues the invoice. Purchases are also subject to Polar‘s terms. Refunds are described in the refund policy.

Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Intellectual property

The simulator, the physics model, the site content and the visual identity belong to the service provider. You are free to use the results of your own simulations for personal and team purposes.

Liability

Airsoft replicas are subject to legal limits (e.g. permitted muzzle energy) that differ between countries and playing fields. Compliance of your replica with laws and field rules is solely your responsibility – the simulation is an aid, not proof. The service is provided “as is”; to the extent permitted by mandatory law, we are not liable for damage arising from reliance on simulation results. Nothing in these terms limits the rights guaranteed to consumers under Croatian and EU law.

Changes and termination

We may change the terms and the service; material changes will be announced on the site. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. If we permanently shut the service down, unused purchased credits will be refunded proportionally.

Governing law

Croatian law applies. Disputes fall under the competent court in Zagreb, without prejudice to jurisdiction rules for consumer disputes.
